Braised Brussels Sprouts

  • 8 pints brussels sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    In a large pot, place brussels sprouts in water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 8 minutes. Drain well and toss in a large roasting pan with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and roast for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
