- 9 c. shredded cabbage
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute green onions in melted butter in large skillet or wok until tender.

2Add cabbage and carrots.

3Saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

4Stir in salt and pepper.

5Can use oil instead of butter, if desired.
