  • 2 cups onions Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 8 cups kale Firmly-packed stemmed torn
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Directions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
