- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
- 4 (6-oz. Size) Salmon Fillets (about 1-inch Thick)
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, hoisin sauce, mustard, cayenne, and pepper.

3Stir well.

4Place salmon, skin side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

5Brush the tops of each fillet with the maple mixture.

6Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing with maple mixture after 5 minutes and again after 10 minutes.
