- 6 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 fluid ounces soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 fluid ounces chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
Directions

1Place chops in a glass dish.

2Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chops.

3Refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight).

4Put chops and marinade in an ovenproof dish and cover.

5Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
