- 2 lb. lean boneless pork
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut pork about 1 1/2-inch cube size.

2Wash and dry pork. Place meat in a covered stock-pot.

3Add all ingredients except water.

4Stir and add water.

5Stir.

6Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes to 1 hour and liquid reduced to approximately 1 cup.

7Serve over rice.
