  • 4 (1/2-inch thick) rib chops or pork loin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. apple or pineapple juice
  • pan gravy

Directions

    Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown; drain.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Reduce heat; pour pineapple juice on pork. Cover and simmer until done, 20 to 25 minutes.

    Remove chops to warm platter; keep warm.
