- 4 (1/2-inch thick) rib chops or pork loin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. apple or pineapple juice
- pan gravy
Directions

1Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown; drain.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Reduce heat; pour pineapple juice on pork. Cover and simmer until done, 20 to 25 minutes.

4Remove chops to warm platter; keep warm.

5Prepare pan gravy.
