Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lb. London broil
- 3 cans mushrooms, sliced (3 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 3 cans beef broth (10 oz. approximately)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt and spice
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Slice meat into 1/4 x 2-inch strips.

2In electric skillet on high heat, add seasoned meat to hot oil.

3Cover, braise for 5 minutes, stirring often.

4Do not scorch.

5Add drained mushrooms and saute 5 more minutes.

6Add beef broth, simmer 20 to 30 minutes, covered.

7Stir often.

8Add flour, milk and Kitchen Bouquet mixture to thicken broth.

9Stirring frequently, cook until desired consistency.

10Serve tips and gravy over rice or egg noodles.
