- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 venison steaks
- 3/4 c. onion rings
- garlic salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. fat
Directions

1Sift first 3 ingredients together. Dip venison in flour mixture to coat well. Brown in fat. Top with onion rings. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Add water and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
