- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. all-bran
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. oleo, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 6 c. flour (approximately)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Mix bran, boiling water, oleo, sugar and salt.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Add yeast mixture and beaten eggs.

5Add part of the flour gradually (about half).
-
6Beat until smooth.
-
7Add remaining flour; mix and turn out on well floured board.

8Knead until smooth and elastic.
-
9Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.

10Shape into buns.

11Place on greased cookie sheets.
-
12Let rise until double in bulk.
-
13Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

14Good to freeze and reheat.
