Bran Cereal Pie Crust

- 3/4 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Combine the bran and flour together in a small mixing bowl.

3Add the margarine and cut in, until the mixture resenbles coarse oatmeal.

4Add the milk and stir until all ingredients are moistened.

5Do not over stir!

6Press the crumbly mixture evenly around the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.

7Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.

8Bake for 12 minutes or until very lightly browned.

9Bear in mind that this crust will be cooked again when you have filled it, although it does not need to be.

10Cool your crust before filling.
