- 1/2 c. bran flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds (use shelled), chopped
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 chicken breasts or 6 small breasts
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
Directions

1In paper or plastic bag, combine bran flakes, sunflower seeds and seasoned salt.

2Blend melted butter, lemon juice and salt. Brush chicken breasts with mixture, then shake, one at a time; coat lightly.

3(Reserve remaining lemon-butter.)

4Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased, large shallow baking pan.

5Bake in 375° oven for 40 minutes.

6Do not turn.
