  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. raisins or dates
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses

    Soften All-Bran in 1/2 of the milk.

    Add shortening, molasses and remaining milk.
