- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add eggs and liquids.

3Add nuts and mix well.

4Store in the refrigerator in tightly covered container. Will keep up to 6 weeks.

5Bake as needed at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
