- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
- 2 1/2 c. white flour
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

3In another large bowl, mix wet ingredients.

4Combine wet mix into dry mix, stirring well.

5Spray muffin tins with nonstick coating.

6Fill 2/3 full.

7Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.

8Refrigerate leftover batter to bake another time.

9It will keep for several weeks.
