- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 10 oz. Raisin Bran
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. cooled melted Crisco
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and Raisin Bran.

3Add the eggs, Crisco and buttermilk and mix well. Bake in muffin pans 15 to 20 minutes.

4Dough will keep 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
