  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 10 oz. Raisin Bran
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooled melted Crisco
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and Raisin Bran.

    Add the eggs, Crisco and buttermilk and mix well. Bake in muffin pans 15 to 20 minutes.

    Dough will keep 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
