  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil or melted shortening or margarine
  • additional nuts and raisins (if desired)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Batter will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
