  • 15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all together and let set 5 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown in greased muffin tin.

    Makes 5 to 6 dozen.

    Batter will keep in refrigerator for 5 to 6 weeks and can be baked fresh, as needed.
