- 15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all together and let set 5 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown in greased muffin tin.

3Makes 5 to 6 dozen.

4Batter will keep in refrigerator for 5 to 6 weeks and can be baked fresh, as needed.
