- 4 whole eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 4 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
- 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer.

2Add the oil and buttermilk.

3Mix together the dry ingredients, then add to above mixture.

4Stir the dry ingredients in with a spoon; do not use mixer for this addition.

5Refrigerate overnight before using. Can be kept 6 weeks in refrigerator.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes in greased muffin tins.

7Makes 5 dozen regular muffins or 8 dozen tiny muffins.
