  • 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
  • 5 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • extra raisins (if desired)

Directions

    Mix eggs, oil, sugar and dry ingredients.

    Add milk, Bran and additional raisins.

    Store in covered container in refrigerator. Dough will keep up to 3 weeks.

    Bake in greased muffin pans at 400° for 20 minutes.
