- 2 cups all-bran cereal
- 4 cups bran buds
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups flour
Directions

1Pour All Bran and Bran Buds into a large bowl, cover with water and let soften for 10-15 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 400'.

3In another bowl cream together sugar, butter, eggs, milk and soda.

4Add creamed mixture to bran and add flour.

5Mix VERY well.

6Spoon batter into muffin tins filling completely.

7Bake for 18-20 minutes for regular sized muffins.

8Cool on wire rack.
