Bran Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-bran
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. granulated yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- approximately 6 1/2 c. flour (more or less)
Directions

1Mix yeast in lukewarm water and let set 15 minutes.

2Put shortening, sugar, all-bran and salt in a large bowl.

3Add boiling water and stir well.

4Let cool.

5Add beaten eggs and yeast.

6Add 3 to 4 cups flour.

7Beat with an electric beater until velvety. Add remaining flour to make a soft dough.

8Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight or until ready to use. Will keep 2 or 3 days.
