- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. best cognac
- 1/4 c. creme de cacao (white)
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
Directions

1Put water in a medium saucepan.

2Stir in gelatin until softened.

3Add 1/3 cup sugar, salt and egg yolks.

4Blend.

5Heat slowly until gelatin is dissolved and mixture thickens.

6Do not boil.

7Remove from heat and stir in liqueurs.

8Chill until mixture mounds.
