Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl.

2Beat well at med. speed.

3Add egg yolk. Mix well.

4Combine flour and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture, alternately adding brandy. Beginning and ending with flour.

5Stir in pecans.

6Chill dough. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

7Cool. Roll in powdered sugar.
