Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 60 wafers)
  • 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

Directions

    Combine wafer crumbs, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and nuts.

    Stir in brandy and corn syrup.

    Add a little water (about 1 1/4 teaspoons) if necessary to form mixture into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar.

    Store in tightly covered container.
