  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Directions

    Cream the butter until very pale and soft.

    Beat in the sugar gradually.

    Add the brandy , a few drops at a time, beating constantly.

    Add enough for a good flavor but be careful that it does not curdle.

    Pile into a small serving dish and let harden.

    Alternatively, spread onto aluminum foil and chill until firm.

    Cut into shapes with small fancy cutters.
