- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons brandy
Directions

1Cream the butter until very pale and soft.

2Beat in the sugar gradually.

3Add the brandy , a few drops at a time, beating constantly.

4Add enough for a good flavor but be careful that it does not curdle.

5Pile into a small serving dish and let harden.

6Alternatively, spread onto aluminum foil and chill until firm.

7Cut into shapes with small fancy cutters.
