  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
  • flour
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • rice or noodles to serve (not good on potatoes)

    Lightly dredge breasts in flour.
