  • 1 lb elbow macaroni noodles
  • 2 brats
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 12 oz velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion,diced
  • 1 small green pepper,diced
  • 2 large garlic cloves,chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

    cook noodles as directed on box,drain.

    slice up brats,and brown in a small skillet,with the oil.once all brown,drain on paper towel.return back to skillet,and add onion,green pepper,and garlic.cook for 10 min.season with salt n pepper

    in a med saucepan add cheese,and milk and cook on low heat until cheese melts.

    add your cheese to the noodles,and mix well.

    add your brat mixture to the noodles,and mix well.

    enjoy.
