- 6 giant BeLean brats
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 can beer
- 1 tsp. BeLean seasoned salt
Directions

1Grill or pan-fry the brats until brown.

2Bring the beer and onion to a boil in an electric skillet or crock-pot.

3Put the brats into the beer-onion soup and simmer for at least 15 minutes or continue on low heat until ready to serve.

4Serve with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut with brown sugar.
