- 1 lb. braunschweiger
- 1/3 c. chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Mash sausage; add mayonnaise, 1/3 of cream cheese and rest of ingredients.

2Pack firmly into a 2 cup bowl (or smaller margarine tubs) lined with plastic wrap.

3Chill several hours.

4Turn out and frost with remaining softened cream cheese.

5Add cream or milk if too firm.
