Braunschweiger Dip Ball

  • 1 lb. braunschweiger
  • 1/3 c. chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mash sausage; add mayonnaise, 1/3 of cream cheese and rest of ingredients.

    Pack firmly into a 2 cup bowl (or smaller margarine tubs) lined with plastic wrap.

    Chill several hours.

    Turn out and frost with remaining softened cream cheese.

    Add cream or milk if too firm.
