- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 lb. braunschweiger liver sausage
- 1/4 tsp. dehydrated onion
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms in melted butter until brown; cool and mix with braunschweiger and cream cheese until well blended. Pack into 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.

2Chill and unmold.

3Serve with crackers, chips or toasted thin sliced rye bread.
