- 1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) prepared stuffing
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped Brazil nuts
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
- 3/4 c. diced, peeled apple
Directions

1Turn stuffing into bowl.

2Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Toss to distribute seasonings.

3Melt butter in a skillet.

4Add Brazil nuts and cook until light brown, about 5 minutes.

5Combine water and raisins in a pot.

6Bring to boil.

7Pour over stuffing. Stir in diced apple.

8Will stuff one chicken (about 4 pounds).
