- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 5 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, drained
- 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Fry bacon in a large skillet.

3Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender.

4Drain excess bacon grease and add all remaining ingredients.

5Pour in a baking dish and bake for about 2 hours.
