  • 6 to 8 c. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. light margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 eggs (can be cut to 1 egg)

Directions

    Use your favorite bread recipe. When dough has risen once, take a piece of the dough (equal to the amount of 1 loaf) and stretch it flat on a greased cookie sheet.

    It will be uneven and bumpy.

    Spread melted butter lightly over the dough and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.

    Do not let rise.

    Put in a hot (400°) oven immediately and bake about 30 minutes or until nice and crusty.
