- 6 to 8 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. light margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs (can be cut to 1 egg)
Directions

1Use your favorite bread recipe. When dough has risen once, take a piece of the dough (equal to the amount of 1 loaf) and stretch it flat on a greased cookie sheet.

2It will be uneven and bumpy.

3Spread melted butter lightly over the dough and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.

4Do not let rise.

5Put in a hot (400°) oven immediately and bake about 30 minutes or until nice and crusty.
