Ingredients
- 2 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. gluten flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered milk (optional)
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water (very warm, but not hot!)
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Melt butter and add wet ingredients. Mix well until dough is smooth.

3Does not need a lot of kneading. Put in large Tupperware bowl and seal.

4Keep in warm place for 1 hour, or until bubbly and at least double in size.

5Form into a loaf and place in oiled pan.

6Let rise another 20 minutes.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until nicely browned.

8Store in cloth kitchen towel until used up or freeze as soon as covered. Do not refrigerate!
