  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, minced fine
  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach (well liquid removed-squeezed)

Directions

    Mix together and put into 1 large, round (hollowed out) sour dough or possibly rye bread.

    Break scooped out bread into chunks and use this along with onion crackers for dipping.
