  • 1 loaf bread
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

    Peel potatoes, chop into cubes, and boil until fork tender.

    Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Meanwhile, dip each slice of bread briefly in a bowl of water, squeeze (should be moist, but not dripping) and break up into a large bowl.

    Add onions, potatoes, and seasonings (to taste) together and toss.
