- 16 slices white bread
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Remove crusts from bread and roll out flat with rolling pin. Mix together cheese, egg yolk, 1/8 cup sugar and vanilla.

2Spread 1 teaspoon on each slice and roll up.

3Melt butter and roll breads in it, then a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

4Place seam side down on cookie sheet.

5Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Cut in half.

8Serve warm or cold.
