  • 100 grams Fresh okara
  • 50 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 1/2 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients and knead well.

    Shape the batter into any shape you like, bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes, and it's done.

    The ingredients above are for plain, but it's also great if you add kinako, cinnamon, cocoa, etc..

    Kinako version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, kinako 25 g!

    For a crunchier texture, use 50 g of bread flour, but I think they will turn out crunchy enough.

    Cocoa version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, cocoa powder 25 g!

    The cocoa will burn easily so keep an eye on them while they bake in the oven.
