- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 50 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 1/2 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients and knead well.

2Shape the batter into any shape you like, bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes, and it's done.

3The ingredients above are for plain, but it's also great if you add kinako, cinnamon, cocoa, etc..

4Kinako version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, kinako 25 g!

5For a crunchier texture, use 50 g of bread flour, but I think they will turn out crunchy enough.
