  • 6 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar or 1 c. honey
  • about 14 to 15 c. Robinhood flour

    teaspoon sugar set until bubbly. Meanwhile, melt 3/4 cup lard.

    When first mixture is bubbly, add cooled (warm) lard, salt, sugar or honey and flour. Beat with beater good and knead well.
