- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 1/4 c. rye flour
- 1 tsp. to Tbsp. caraway seed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. beer
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat beer with honey, margarine and water (90° to 105°).

2Add to dry ingredients.

3Place machine on manual setting.

4Remove from machine when it beeps and shape dough into a round loaf.

5Place on greased cookie sheet, baking pan or casserole.

6Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until it sounds hollow when tapped.
