- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Beat the eggs and add sugar, milk and nutmeg.

2Butter a baking dish.

3Arrange the bread in dish and pour liquid over it.

4Let stand until bread has been thoroughly soaked.

5Add raisins.

6Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
