  • 10 slices bread
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 4 Tbsp. diet oleo
  • 1 c. egg substitute
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Break bread into pieces in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Blend in half the milk.

    Add sugar and egg substitute.

    Mix well.

    Dice oleo on top and stir in vanilla, remaining milk and pineapple. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until firm.
