- 1 lb. crab meat or 4 small cans
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thoroughly mix everything but crab and cheese.

2Stir in crab meat and 1/2 of the cheese.

3Put in greased casserole dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

4Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Spread on Ritz crackers to eat.

5Yields 25 to 35 appetizer servings.
