Bread Pudding

  • 12-15 slices of bread
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • milk
  • cinnamon or vanilla to taste
  • raisins (optional)

Directions

    Crumble bread in 13 x 9 inch pan.

    In a medium bowl mix sugar and eggs.
  3. 3
    Add cinnamon or vanilla to taste and raisins if preferred.

    Pour over bread, mix well.

    Add milk until all the bread is very moist.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bread will pull away from side of pan when done.
