- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt

9add coconut and raisins to taste.) Pour into greased baking dish.

16Bread pudding should be removed from oven and allow to cool for 10 or 15 minutes before serving. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
