- 8 yeast rolls
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple or 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Tear rolls into small pieces and soak in milk for approximately 30 minutes.

2Beat eggs and fold into rolls and milk. Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.

3Pour in bread mixture.

4Add sugar, nutmeg and vanilla.

5Mix in pineapple or raisins.

6Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until firm.

7Serve warm or cold.
