  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. dry powdered milk
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • sweetener
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • nutmeg (to taste)
  • 1 slice bread

Directions

    Put first 7 ingredients in blender and blend.

    Break bread into pieces and place in baking dish.
  3. 3
    Add mix from blender, pulling some pieces of bread to top.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Bake at 325° until firm.
