- 2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 10 slices toast (white bread)
Directions

1Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.

2In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, Egg Beaters, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

3Stir in bread cubes and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

4Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
