  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 10 slices toast (white bread)

Directions

    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.

    In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, Egg Beaters, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

    Stir in bread cubes and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep.

    Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
