- 1/2 lb. stale bread
- 4 c. hot milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Remove crust; cut bread in cubes and soak in milk for 5 to 10 minutes.

2Mix well and strain.

3Dredge raisins with flour and add to bread mixture.

4Add the rest of the ingredients.

5Pour in a buttered or caramel lined baking pan and bake at 325° for 40 to 60 minutes.
